L'hotel molto pulito e in buona posizione ma ci sono stati due problemi che direi importanti e negativi per un hotel del genere: 1. chiedo un termometro per misurare la febbre visto che mio marito sta male e non ce l'hanno! cosa assurda per un hotel. 2. colazione senza glutine praticamente inesistente: lo avevo segnalato nelle note della prenotazione e mi avevano assicurato che chiedendo al ristorante mi avrebbero dato opzioni, peccato che la risposta sono due fette di pane tostate e stop. Ero costretta a chiederne altre due visto che non c'era altro, se non del muslei, senza glutine. E la cosa ancor più spiacevole era il comportamento del personale che era quasi scocciato dalla mia richiesta. Ricordo all'hotel che anche il cliente celiaco paga la stessa cifra di un altro qualsiasi cliente e pertanto avrebbe il diritto di avere lo stesso livello di servizio. Suggerimento: lasciate a disposizione sia il senza glutine che il senza lattosio segnalandolo! è il minimo!

Excellent views,we had the Swan & Waterfront Park as our room with a view. Very handy to bus stops going either way,and convenience stores close by. Breakfast was great,but we cheated and went to The Hyatt next door for dinner as a treat. Excellent shower,and bed was comfy.

Disappointed with the Ibis Styles

The decor of the hotel is fine and the beds were comfortable however the standard of the housekeeping was the worst I have ever experienced. The bed was poorly made on some days and the additional pillows/cushions were never placed back on the bed. The bins were only emptied once and the bathroom was never cleaned during our 5 night stay. One day the dirty towels were even left on the bathroom floor. The room was never vaccumed, coffee cups were not washed ... I think I have made my point. Not sure if this is due to unreasonable expectations in the time given to complete tasks by management or poorly trained staff. I will not be staying jn one of these hotels again.

Deceptive misleading prices on Booking.com

Deceptive room price by their booking agent, booking.com. We spent considerable time searching for an affordable hotel. The Ibis constantly showed in our searches as $396 total price for two nights. Yet apparently the final screen when you click through all the booking confirmation screens adds 10% tax. So the price became $440. Which we only discovered when we checked-in (the point when our money was taken). This is deception and Reception blame this on booking.com for not being transparent, but the Ibis are doing business with them and using them as their booking agent, so it's definitely both parties. (Agoda started doing the same thing a few years ago and I've avoided using them ever since. This practice should be outlawed.)

Bright cheerful hotel

Had just one night here but it was fine for what we required. Comfortable beds, if the room was a bit on the small side. Clean rooms .Decent breakfast . Handy location close to free bus service which was only a five minute ride to the harbour.
