Lovely central area. Room was basic but very clean and had everything you need. Nice hot shower with good pressure. Went out for the day and came back to nicely made beds and clean towels. We had both dinner and the buffet breakfast. Staff at both were attentive and helpful, food was well cooked and presented.

Having stayed at the Adnate before, and being an Accor regular, I really expected more from this. The room is a dump, unclean and, well, functional is probably all I can say about it. The paint is chipping off the walls, stains and marks everywhere, and I don’t even know what is on those couch cushions. I don’t even want to sit on that couch. If I wasn’t this tired coming in from Sydney I’d start looking at other options. The aircon is huge and loud. Not sure if I can actually sleep with this thing in the room. Wish me luck. Do better.

Was good for what we needed. Handy location to most things. Our room, while comfortable and clean had a funny smell. The showers were good. The house service was ok, without being great. Breakfast was included and that was lovely. The staff in the restaurant were brilliant.

진짜 최악...........ㅎㅎㅎㅎ 10년 넘게 해외여행 다니며 최악의 숙소였습니다. 방 상태나 방음 잘 안되는 건 물론이었구요. 입실할 때, 디파짓 개념으로 카드 요청하며 1불 정도 묶일 거라고 직원에게 안내를 받았습니다. 근데 숙박 중에 갑자기 그 카드로 숙박비가 결제가 되었더라구요? 다음날 리셉션에 가 보니 실수로 지불이 되었고 환불 진행될 거다 라고 매니저한테 안내를 받았습니다. 체크아웃 때, 안내해준 직원한테 환불되는 거 맞냐 한 번 더 물어보고 영수증 hard copy 및 soft copy 둘다 증빙용으로 받았는데요. 바로 사과도 안 하셨어요...제가 왜 이 일이 일어났냐고 몇 번 물어보니 그제서야 사과하시더라구요^;; 또 환불이 안돼서 이메일도 보냈는데 답 없고 제 카드 은행에도 문의를 해 보니 환불 처리가 없다고 했습니다. 그래서 10일이 지난 후에 Mercure CS팀에 전화를 해보니 환불이 누락되어 방금 처리했으니 늦어도 다음주 쯤에는 돈이 지급이 될거라고 하더라구요. 이런 일이 4성급 호텔에서 일어날 수 있는지........ 디파짓도 아니고 직원의 실수로 돈을 잘못 지불해놓고 이렇게 일이 처리가 되는 게 너무 어이가 없었습니다. 현장 직원이 두 번이나 확인했는데 누락되는 일이 있을 수 있는지요? 다른 나라를 가거나 여행 할 때 mercure 라인은 아예 쳐다도 안 볼 거 같습니다.
