I was only there to sleep and shower before a early start, so for the short time I was here it was perfect.

check in starts at 2:00 pm but due to the flight time I arrived at the hotel at 1:00 pm and they made me wait in the lobby until 2:00 pm. A good host would have admitted me at 1 pm. I felt embarrassed. I do not intend to return to this hotel nor recommend it to friends

We have seen that you have stayed with us a lot of times before, and we would like to thank you for choosing us over and over. Our check-in time is 14H30 the fact that you had to wait in the lobby is really not a good experience. After careful investigating into the matter, the reason for your wait was that our housekeeping team we busy preparing your room beyond standard to make sure you had the best room. Our hotel was fully booked on that day. Hence the reason we were not able to give you a room that was already prepared. We apologize again. we will make sure this does not happen again. During my stay, we have 2 instances whereby there was no electricity, once at nighttime, checked with counter there are no torch light available. Hence, we have to stay in the hotel room in darkness. Once there was an instance no water cause water pipe burst, that lasted for more than 4 hours. We also had fell ill, stomach cramp and diarrhea (that lasted for 5 days) and had only consume food from the hotel. Along with me, there are 5 other people staying in the same hotel having the same symptom.

We would like to apologize for the inconvenience experienced due to no water and electricity. These matters were out of the company's hands as this had affected the whole neighbourhood.
