Thank you for your feedback following your stay at our establishment. As indicated when you made your booking, a deposit is required from all our guests upon arrival. When your card did not work, we offered you several solutions, such as contacting a relative, before resorting to the cash option. This procedure, with a named form and duplicate copy, allows us to ensure the safety of our guests and the room, while returning the deposit upon departure after checking your room. With regard to breakfast, in line with our eco-friendly approach, we favour fresh, local produce and pastries prepared on site by our breakfast team in order to avoid frozen products, which explains the absence of croissants.
