Cher Client, Nous sommes désolés que les conditions de stationnement n’aient pas correspondu à vos attentes et que ce point nous ai valu une note de séjour dégradée. Nous souhaitons toutefois préciser que le parking situé à proximité de l’hôtel est un parking public et NON un parking privatif de l’établissement. Nous ne pouvons donc pas réserver ni attribuer de places spécifiques à nos clients. En revanche, nos clients bénéficient d’un tarif préférentiel négocié avec le parking, leur permettant de stationner à un tarif avantageux par rapport au tarif public. Ainsi, lorsque plusieurs véhicules sont stationnés, la tarification s’applique à chacun des véhicules concernés. Dans votre cas, les quatre motos correspondaient donc à quatre stationnements distincts. Concernant précisément la facturation, celle-ci étant directement gérée par le parking, nous vous invitons à prendre contact avec leurs équipes si vous souhaitez obtenir davantage d’informations sur le détail de celle-ci. Nous avons nous-mêmes pris contact avec le parking afin de vérifier les modalités appliquées à votre situation.
