We understand how challenging it can be to navigate the resort with a stroller, and we appreciate your comments regarding access to the pool level and the bathroom layout. Regarding the pool, we would like to clarify that all of our standard sunbeds are complimentary for hotel guests. Only the Bali beds, located in one of our pool areas, require a minimum food and beverage spend, offering an upgraded experience for guests who choose this option. We also appreciate your comments about the atmosphere of the hotel. Hyde Ibiza is designed with a vibrant, music-inspired lifestyle concept, which is reflected in certain areas of the resort.
