Dear Mr. Shengxian, Thank you for sharing your experience with us. Your comments are very important and give us the opportunity to clarify a few points that may also help other travelers. Our hotel offers different room categories, each with its own style and experience — some with a more classic and welcoming design, and others with a more contemporary concept. In addition, certain categories include extra amenities such as slippers and ironing facilities. However, these items can also be provided upon request through our reception team, as well as dental kits with toothbrush and toothpaste. Regarding towel replacement, we follow an environmental sustainability policy aligned with the brand’s guidelines and our international Green Key certification. For this reason, towel changes are carried out according to the guest’s indication in the bathroom, helping reduce water consumption and avoid unnecessary waste. As for bottled water, Accor has eliminated single-use plastic as part of its sustainability initiatives. Therefore, the water available in the minibar is offered in cans. In addition, we provide two complimentary filtered water stations at the hotel, where guests may refill their own bottles at any time. Thank you once again for your feedback.
