Excellent meal and service. James was fun and extremely professional. He gets 5 stars for excellent service. Thanks for a great meal! Will definitely be back and hope James is there next time. The new lamb dish was delicious!

I stayed for one night at the Pullman in Sao Paulo and was treated with exceptional customer service and hospitality! I unfortunately checked in to the hotel experiencing a dire situation. My phone had been stolen and bank accounts were hacked into in my first couple hours in the country. Not only was my hotel room ready early, which allowed me to deal with my personal matters immediately, but the staff took extra care to make sure that I felt comfortable and safe. The Operations Manager, Rodrigo Oliveria, went above and beyond, treating me like family! He helped me to file a police report with the city of Sao Paulo (without even leaving the hotel) and set me up with a phone for the remainder of my stay in Brazil (mind you, I was only at his hotel for one evening)! An absolute blessing. I have never experienced the level of service and hospitality at any hotel as I did at the Pullman Sao Paulo. In addition, the restaurant was amazing! The food was delicious. The wait staff was super personable and kind. Almost all staff spoke English so communication was no barrier. I will be sure to stay at a Pullman hotel whenever they are available in any city I am traveling. I could not recommend this hotel enough.

I just wanna give a big shout out to James in Pullman Restaurant as one of their new trainees. I think he could be a great leader someday. Connection, customer rapport and genuine care for customers is a big thing for me. He all has it. You are an excellent worker. You care for each guests that arrived in restaurant. You better take a closer look at Pullmann Ibirapuera. The services leave a lot to be desired in every way. There is no replacement for breakfast, I'm here right now, the ice ran out and there is no replacement. The juice maker broke and they simply took it away. ONCE upon a time, if we didn't beg for the room to be cleaned, it simply wouldn't happen. A shame. Five stars? That's more like 5 frauds.

Since its publication, I have made an internal investigation on every point I could answer. We assure you that what happened during your stay does not match the Pullman quality standard.
