We had 2 short stays in the Pullman São Paulo Ibirapuera hotel over Christmas 2025 and early January 2026. During both stays the staff were both friendly and efficient and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the restaurant good. We had a few personal issues while staying and the staff were extremely helpful in trying to solve our problems which were no of their making.

From the moment I stepped into the lobby, Denis and Jaciley made me feel right at home. Pullman is more than a hotel. Denis informed me that Air Canada will bring its first flight crews to Pullman the next day. I noticed that all staff members adorned Canada flag pin and the hotel even put 2 Canadian flags on its mast. That's attention to detail in action. In addition, the hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of Rue Paulista, Ibirapura Park and many local dining joints. I highly recommend this establishment who are looking for a balance of comfort and value.

After a tiring day yuti at the bar was so helpful. I wanted dinner at 8pm and no restaurant so he suggested room serve i was nervous with translation so he offered to take my order and give it to room service. What a great thing. It's hard as an American with an airline to travel to foreign destinations. Then I went to the front desk and Felipe and daney I believe was her name to help me figure out if I needed to charge to room or pay person a door. This was such a relief for me. Thank you staff for doing little.things that sometimes mean alot to a traveler. Dennis Richtet. AA flight attendant
