Terrible noise from construction, despite our feedback!

The location is good. The property is decent looking. Restaurant staff extended excellent services for both dinner and breakfast. However, the place is terribly noisy with on-going construction. Constant noise from drilling and hammering right upstairs of our suite, even during nap time in both of our 2 days here (Jun 27 and 28). Despite our complaint and feebacks to receptionist, the noise didn’t stop until our 2nd, even 3rd call. We choose Dalat as our vacation place for its tranquility. And this hotel is far from being tranquil!!!! We booked a suite and feeling like we are staying in a motel!

The hotel should focus more on training staff. Sometimes, you might win your points, but losing a customer. Also, having more lots for car parking, instead of parking on the public nearby roads.

Beautiful and elegant environment

Although we had to wait for the room, the check-in process was generally smooth. The hotel knew that I was here to celebrate Mother's Day and thoughtfully prepared cakes and fruits. Thank you very much to Harold Nguyen . The room environment was very quiet and elegant. Although it was rainy season, there still beautiful flowers everywhere. The only downside of this hotel is that the restaurant has limited food choices. Although the ingredients are fresh, the cooking method is slightly different from the taste we expect. For example, the soba and Spaghetti were cooked very soft.
