Dear Ms. Z., Thank you for taking the time to share such a detailed and thoughtful review, and for returning to stay with us after your first visit in 2024. We truly appreciate your loyalty. We are delighted that you continue to value our prime location, the convenience for exploring downtown Dubai, and the excellent dining experience at Bread House with its loyal and friendly team. Your recognition of these strengths means a great deal to us. At the same time, we are sincerely sorry and concerned to read about your experience with the reception team and the breakfast service. We deeply regret that the welcoming, helpful, and personal touch you remembered from two years ago was not consistently reflected during this stay, and that the breakfast service felt chaotic and impersonal. This is not the standard of hospitality we strive to uphold, especially for a returning guest, and we genuinely apologize for the disappointment and frustration this caused.
