Comfortable city-style hotel

We stayed here during a journey from northern Italy back to the UK. Hotel centrally located. Rooms are clean and modern. Typical contemporary city style decor. Nice shower room. Big TV, fridge and tea/coffee. Hotel was fairly quiet on a Thursday night. We ate at the on site Au Bureau pub - Food was fine and service was good. Breakfast was excellent - plenty of choice, good quality breads, hot selection, crepes, cheese, cold meats, cereals, sweet things etc. Would stay again if in the area.

Good hotel but there are small things that they must change to improve the quality of service (bed sheets, spider web, cleaning of the electric kettles...). The rapidity of the check-in can be improved. Please don't forget the bottle of water...

Very noisy

Generally a good hotel with friendly staff, but unfortunately they are having regularly very noisy parties, if you plan to get any sleep before 01:00 a.m., then this is not the place to go to. Just to be clear: it's not that there were things going on in the near neighborhood that they can't control, they are throwing those party themselves, in their own backyard right under their own hotel rooms. Appearantly after 2 years of confinement and contact restrictions people have the incredible desire to be incredibly drunk and incredibly loud. But you have to make up your mind if you want to be a decent business hotel or a Robinson Club.

We stayed at the hotel 3x for a number of nights end of July and early August. Exceptional service, very pleasant staff. Marion the manager is a real gem. The restaurant was lovely with good food. Rooms are large and very well appointed at a good price! Whenever we are back in Belfort it is the quality hotel for us.

LThis hotel had a good carpark. It was very easy to find. It is about a 10-12 minute walk to the centre of town. Rooms were clean and straightforward. Dog was welcomed. Next door was an attached restaurant which was ok. All staff were friendly and helpful.
