Dear Madam, We thank you very much for taking the time to share your experience following your stay with us. We are delighted to hear that you and your sons enjoyed the serene setting of our property, as well as the spacious and comfortable room. We have carefully noted your feedback regarding the limited access hours to the swimming pool for children, as well as your suggestion concerning the breakfast schedule. We truly regret that these elements impacted your overall experience, and we appreciate you bringing them to our attention. Our Spa by L\'esquisse is first and foremost a space dedicated to the calm and rest of our guests, and we favor the least busy times so that children can still enjoy the water areas — which is therefore between 8:00 and 10:00 a.m. We understand this may not have aligned perfectly with your preferences, and we are grateful for your understanding.
