ประทับใจสตาฟทุกท่านดูแลเป็นอย่างดี ห้องพักกว้างขวางสะอาด ใหญ่ และใหม่มาก โรงแรมตกแต่งอย่างสวยงาม ตั้งอยู่ในโลเคชั่นที่เดินทางสะดวก ถ้ามีโอกาสจะกลับมาพักอีก

I am especially grateful for your kind words regarding our team. Even without names, mentioning the dates of 6th to 9th December, is very helpful. I will make sure to share your compliments with the teammates working those shifts, particularly those who assisted you with restaurant bookings and transport. We are always looking for ways to improve the guest experience, and your point about the water flowing out is very valid.
