Amazing stay, Paul Chan was amazing and helpful for all queries and help. Really appreciate. Food was good, complimentary drinks at bar..my mobile battery was flat at midnight and Paul helped to recharge... highly recommended...

It was great experience staying at Novatel. I do recommend this hotel if you are going to Hongkong. Staff is great with service especially senior staff Paul and newly met Ellen mark from concierge. House keeping and breakfast marvelous. Thanks Mathew business Traveller Dubai

Very Disappointing

All in all very disappointed with this hotel stay. Check in took around 40 mins, can’t explain why the process is so slow and it was very frustrating to see only 2 of the 3 desks open. Rooms are clean but small Breakfast room is not big enough so you have to be there early Hotel bar charged a cover even for residents on New Years Eve, this was made even more disappointing by the lack of atmosphere and the fact that the band missed the NYE countdown. At check out there was an attempt to overcharge .
