Estuvimos solo 1 noche, haciendo escala para volver a casa. Era el final de nuestra luna de miel y nos recibieron con un pastelito de cortesía. Las instalaciones son impecables. El trato estupendo.

The experience was perfect in all except for credit card security deposit process. The morning August 8th we did the check out but today August 16th we still dont't see the release of 3000 HKD of the deposit. It is unacceptable that the deposit amount is not released upon the check out and appeara as a charge. I haven't receive yet the devolution I don't understand the charge.

Regarding the deposit, please rest assured that we had already requested the bank to release the pre-authorization amount hold from your credit card on your departure day (8 Aug), this process may take up to 2-3 weeks, duration may varies depends on different bank. And please note since the deposit is just a credit amount hold from your card and not an actual charge, therefore you may not see a refund transaction on your bank statement. In response to your concern, we will also contact the credit card center and ask them to fast track the pre-authorization cancellation for your card. Hotel magnifico situado en el mejor lugar de Hong Kong para visitar todo. Desayuno muy bueno con un servicio excepcional. Habitacion increible con vistas a la bahia y cama muy comoda.Cabe destacar todo el servicio de check in que nos habilitaron la habitacion con vistas muy pronto y en especial a Sebastien por hacer el dia del cumpleaños de mi mujer mas especial todavia. La estancia ha sido increible.
