One of the better Ibis properties

Being a fairly new property, none of the facilities are run down. The bedrooms and bathrooms are clean. There is a filtered water dispenser on every floor. The location is not very far from the Sevilla Santa Justa station but the walk can be a challenge for those with large/heavy luggage. It is also a fair 15-20 minute walk to the Old Town, which is fine for most able-bodied folks. We didn't go for the buffet breakfast but the standard breakfasts (coffee+pastry or coffee+tostada, etc) are fairly priced at around €4 per person, on par with a typical Spanish cafeteria. The staff is helpful and accommodating. One front desk staff named Laura even offered to reserve a table for us at a local restaurant/bar. There are a fair number of food and bev establishments quite near the hotel. We tried Artilleria and Cerveseria 17 ... both were good. Accommodation rates post-Easter Sunday were still elevated (about €180/night) when they are roughly half that during wintertime (Nothing new there, which is fine). There are lots of options for accomms in Sevilla and this was one of the most reasonably priced during Easter week.

5 Stars Breakfast with a 4 Star Room

Room was big and very clean. Check in was smooth with English speaking staff. Breakfast was memorable with plenty of choices, I didn't need lunch by the time I finished ! Bus stops near the hotel, made it easy to visit most of the attractions. Only draw back is the carpet in the corridor (I think I was on the 2nd Floor or was it 4th ?) was a bit smelly ! Good value !

Good value but outside the centre

Good value ibis Styles which is situated near the main train station and a twenty minute walk to the historic centre of Seville. Good rooms, decent facilities to include a roof top terrace with bar and a small swimming pool so ideal for families-and there were plenty of families there. Good value so well recommended but when we go to Seville again for a second visit we are more likely to stay in the historic centre. But this should not detract from the enjoyable stay we had with helpful and friendly staff.

Really impressed with this hotel. Best 3 star we have stayed in, could easily be a 4 star. Great breakfast selection - we loved the sponge cake every morning. Bar areas were very nice and always served promptly. Roof terrace and courtyard area would've been brilliant on a sunny day - weather was a bit hit and miss when we were there, so didn't get the full experience sadly. Rooms were nicely decorated and had everything we needed. Location is good, a 15min walk into the main tourist areas. Only slight issue we had is the noise from the road outside, which meant we were woken early. Didn't bother us too much as we were early risers for brekkie before seeing the sights everyday.

Nice Modern Hotel

This is a clean, beautiful, and modern hotel in a convenient location. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet is varied and tasty. We were able to walk to all the sites we visited, including the Alcázar, Las Setas, the cathedral, and the riverwalk. It's about a nine-minute walk the Santa Justa train station. Yes, the Only You Hotel would be about a five-minute walk to the station, but it would also be farther away from all the above-named attractions.
