La cigale hotel orangery cafe very very good and tea coffee very nice and specially chicken shawarma sandwich very very good and all staff very I like here orangery cafe and specially saddam Hussain very good service and his very friendly bbbb

I cannot speak highly enough of the staff that looked after us at La Cigale Hotel they made our stay here at this beautiful place a great experience. Especially want to thank Mahana and Moafaz at Front Desk when we arrived after a long flight. Also the boys at concierge. The room was spacious and very comfortable.

I had lost my credit card and the hotel staff Raffik helped to find it. He called many places(taxi, airport,etc.), and did hard work on it. I deeply appreciate his service. Thank you so much! (By the way, this is my wife's ID. I'm Policarpo who stayed in the hotel on Nov. 3rd)
