The hotel was clean and well-maintained, and it’s located in a convenient area close to a large mall and several nice restaurants. Unfortunately, the air conditioning in the room was very noisy, so we had to turn it off during the night. Additionally, there were no amenities or toiletries provided in the room. We booked this hotel for one night before our flight home, so for that purpose, it was perfectly fine. The hotel is spacious, well-equipped, and situated in a pleasant location.

We verbeleven hier al voordat het een Accor Hotel was. Wat tegenviel is dat ze geen American Express Card accepteren terwijl de meeste Accor hotels dat wel doen. Het ontbijt heeft een vreemde opzet met de meeste items in één gebouw en een ander deel (koffie, thee, yoghurt etc. in een ander gebouw waardoor je steeds ove het teras heen en weer moet lopen. De koffie en thee kopjes zijn ridicuul klein. Waarom geen mokken gebruiken? Wel een fijn zwembad en goede kamers.

Een oase van rust in het drukke Bangkok. Het personeel is zeer behulpzaam en kijkt blij. Het ontbijt is uitzonderlijk is goed verzorgd en onze kinderen waren op slag verliefd op de dame van de kinderspeelzaal. Enige opmerking is dat het zwembad wel erg koud was. Verder was alles perfect!

Het 'living'-concept is leuk omdat je het gevoel hebt van over een klein appartement te beschikken. Het zwembad krijgt veel zon, niettegenstaande dit tussen de twee gebouwen is gelegen. Het ontbijt is zeer goed en gevarieerd. De wifi is van goeie kwaliteit. De kamers zijn zeer goed, met een degelijk bed, grote LED-tv, ruime en praktische badkamer.

Prima locatie met fijne familiekamers met grote koelkast inclusief vriezer en een magnetron. Een ruime stapelbed voor mijn kinderen, de kamers waren ruim. Badkamer had iets ruimer gemogen.
