Every day, the rest of the world moves a little further away. Nothing counts more at V Villas than being nice and always wishing guests the best. I would like to express my special thanks and appreciation to Jose (Joe), who supported me in designing the daily programmes and took a lot of the organizational burden off my shoulders. Joe is also a wonderful yogi with whom I booked a private class. He broadened my horizons and responded to me perfectly. Thanks to his wonderfully open and approachable manner, he quickly gained my trust. I would also like to mention Kitty from Buttlerservice. He did an excellent job, always available and immediately there to fulfill the wishes of the guests. The women from the SPA team are so pleasant and give the guest a lot of attention, recognizing and responding to every detail. Lots of love and only the best!

Die Hotelanlage VVillas in Hua Hin ist eine eigene Klasse für sich. Offiziell 5 Sterne, aber ich würde 6 geben. Wir waren nun bereits mehrmals dort und buchen gerade den nächsten Aufenthalt. Es ist eine Oase vor allem für Pärchen zum Relaxen und Geniessen (siehe auch meine Bewertung zum Restaurant mit ebenfalls 5 Sternen). Unser Butler Ney erfüllte alle unsere Wünsche und Bedürfnisse.

As background, we have stayed at many high end hotels and resorts in many parts of the world. I did a lot of research before selecting V Villas Phuket - MGallery as it looked to be the best resort in Phuket. After four nights staying there, I think that it probably is! There are only 19 villas on the property. Landscaping is immaculate, and there is seclusion. We never saw any of our neighbours, other than at the main swimming pool , restaurant or rooftop bar. Note that we had our own private swimming pool but choose to use the main one as it had more sunshine (ours was mostly in the shade) and moreover, the main pool had a fabulous view. And what a view, which is even better from the restaurant on floor above or the rooftop bar, another floor above that. Staff at this resort were great, including Irainy (Fon), our butler. We communicated with her on WhatsApp and she met our every need. Staff at the pool and in the restaurant were also great. After the first day, they remembered what we liked. Food was also of very high quality. The quality of crockery, cutlery, napkins and general amenities at the restaurant made it a pleasure to dine there on every occasion. Everything was absolutely clean and well presented - this is how all five star resorts should be! And did I mention the view? Drinks at the roof top bar were also top notch. It was a fabulous experience to watch sunsets there every evening. As a bonus, I am an Accor ALL member, so we received a 50% discount on all of our meals and 15% off drinks. This was handy as prices here are a little high. With the discount, prices were very reasonable, so consider an ALL membership if you don't have one. Despite a considerable spend over four days, my wife and I found the stay to be totally relaxing and an absolute pleasure. Indeed, it was the highlight of our holiday in Phuket. As can be seen from several glowing reviews which I mostly agree with, this place is highly recommended. Book it - you will not regret it.

Par où commencer à partir du moment où vous arrivez vous comprenez directement que vous arrivez dans un endroit luxueux on a commencé par un cocktail de bienvenue qui était excellent le personnel nous a accueilli chaleureusement. L’endroit est magnifique les villas sont superbes toujours propre. La nourriture est incroyable tout est bon le petit déjeuner le dîner le repas au bord de la piscine tout est incroyable ici. Je remercie infiniment Qwan la merveilleuse dame qui s’est occupé de nous elle nous a réservé les restaurants nous a aidé pour la location de la moto elle a été là depuis le début elle nous demandait à chaque fois si on avait besoin de quelque chose et ça toujours avec le sourire merci pour cette gentillesse vous êtes merveilleuse. Tout le reste du personnel est aussi gentil et bienveillant c’est vraiment important pour moi dans un hôtel luxueux d’avoir du bon personnel qui prend soin de vous donc merci pour tout cela. lors de mon prochain séjour à Phuket je reviendrai dans cet hôtel car il est fabuleux j’ai fait beaucoup de beaux hôtels ces dernières années et celui-ci fait partie d’un de mes préférés dans tous les sens du terme la vue tout. We have just spent 7 amazing nights at V Villas Phuket over New Year and it is truly somewhere special. The location is just sensational with incredible views from the sea view villas of the yachts in theb below. The villas are spacious and well decorated, but the real bonus is the private 9m infinity pool. The resort only has 19 villas, which makes for an incredibly personal experience. However, what makes V Villas really special though is the team. From the moment we arrived nothing was too much trouble. There was a welcome bottle of Prosecco in our room together with a selection of snacks on arrival and every evening we returned to the room, there was a note or a surprise waiting for us. Our butler Jay was an absolute charm. It really was like having a local Thai friend. He only had to be asked once, for something, for example, we asked for some ice on the first day and every subsequent day, an ice cooler was delivered to the room without needing to request it. It was as if he had a sixth sense. He booked our favourite table at the Akoya Star Lounge every evening, for sunset cocktails without having to be asked twice and yoga sessions were booked and a buggy ordered for me every day! We really felt that he loved his work and we really enjoyed being looked after so well by him. The staff in the Yon restaurant were also incredibly friendly and efficient. They noted our breakfast preferences from the first day and just checked with us from then on, if we wanted the same or anything else. Our choice of coffee and juice turned up every day, together with a daily health shot and they even remembered my husband doesn’t like celery, so did not offer him any health drinks with celery a second time. Pond and Dara looked after us each morning and nothing was too much trouble, including suggesting off menu items. There is only the one restaurant at the property, but the food there, especially the à la carte menu was excellent with a choice of Thai, fusion and Western dishes. What was especially good, however, was the Jay suggested local authentic Thai restaurants close to the hotel and as would take us there by buggy, if we wanted to eat outside. The hotel makes a point of collaborating with local businesses and that really appealed to us as well as having a local advising us. The Akoya Star Lounge, the incredibly cool rooftop bar is a real plus point for the property. Every guest is welcomed with complimentary glasses of Prosecco and Minny looked after us from day one, always coming to chat and welcoming us with a smile. There is a DJ playing most nights and it must be one of the of the best places in the island for a sundowner. The views are incredible. Yoga and Pilates sessions are held in a beautiful yoga studio, surrounded by banana trees, or on the beach and even by the main pool. Jose and Nut are both superb instructors and classes are restricted to 5 people, although I was lucky enough to have several sessions on my own. I really felt as if I learned a lot about technique from Jose, despite having practiced yoga for a couple years now. We can’t praise the resort, the team and especially our butler Jay enough. We have stayed in luxury hotels all over the world, but V Villas stands out for all the right reasons. We are already planning our next visit.
