Посетили Avista Grande Karon Resort уже в третий раз. Ранее приезжали туда в 2018 и 2019 гг. Провели 9 прекрасных дней. За 6 лет отель не ухудшился, а даже стал ещё лучше. Например, во время завтрака появилась возможность приготовить себе овощной фреш. Особого внимания достоин новый ресторан Char'd на территории отеля. В этот приезд я выбрал полупансион, то есть кроме завтрака был ещё один приём пищи по меню ресторана Portosino, в котором предоставлен большой выбор блюд тайской и европейской кухни. И , конечно же, самое яркое впечатление производит сервис, который предоставляют сотрудники отеля. Каждый день на завтраке присутствует главный менеджер отеля Raul Singh, оба шеф-повара, менеджер ресторана Lukas и другие менеджеры. И эти люди наравне с официантами делают всё, для того, чтобы гости получали максимальный сервис. Это поражало, когда топ-менеджер убирал наш любимый столик, приносил мне кофе. И всё это они делают с искренней улыбкой и тёплым гостеприимством. Хочу отметить ещё работу всех официантов ресторана Portosino и менеджеров Annie и Jayant.

Da chegada até o café da manhã para levar no early check out tudo de excelente qualidade.A localização é boa a uma quadra da praia e de um lugar onde tem várias opções de comida e lojas com produtos locais. A equipe de recepção muito boa gentil e competente.O quarto amplo, claro e com um visual incrível . Amei a bolsa que disponibilizam para ir à praia.
