I visited with a friend on Christmas Day and found myself in an awkward situation where I couldn't go to the restaurant when I made the reservation. At that moment, Louis at the front desk kindly called the restaurant directly to help me adjust the reservation. Thanks to his caring help, I had a wonderful evening without any stress. Thank you very much. Besides this, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to all the staff for their special service and sincere consideration and kindness despite the small request.

This was my first visit to Novotel Gangnam, and I had a very pleasant experience. Louis, front office at the hotel, recommended a restaurant that I truly enjoyed, and I was very satisfied with both the recommendation and his excellent service. I felt genuine appreciation for his kindness and professionalism. In addition, the hotel’s location is extremely convenient, with easy access to airport buses and public transportation. I would definitely consider staying at this hotel again on my next visit

I had a wonderful stay at Novotel Ambassador Seoul Gangnam. The early check‑in was handled smoothly and professionally, which made our arrival very comfortable. The birthday surprise for my younger sister was absolutely lovely — the cake, champagne, and personalized card made her day truly memorable. The staff’s attention to detail and warm hospitality were outstanding. Highly recommended, and I look forward to staying here again.
