Goed hotel, vriendelijk personeel, lekker eten, perfecte smaak keuken 24/7 open Heel goed behandeld, ik wil graag het personeel bedanken en complimenteren voor hun inzet om decklant als een koning te behandelen, als ik aan het eten denk , krijg spontaan trek. Mooi en luxe hotel, zeer mooie kamers met goede faciliteiten. Elke dag gratis flesjes water, zeer goed ontbijt buffet, goede opties op te dineren. Fijn zwembad, aardig en klantvriendelijke personeel. Vanwege lidmaatschap accor stond er fruit en hapjes klaar. Alles zeer goed verzorgd. Hotel is aanrader zowel voor vakantie als zaken. Dichtbij de Mall en Burj...

Fijn verblijf. Helaas hele dagen en nachten enorme harde zoemende geluiden uit andere kamers.

Fijn familie hotel. Helaas is er in 2 jaar wel teveel veranderd. Normaal kreeg je 20% korting op al je aankopen in het hotel wanneer je lid was van hun hotel. Dit is helaas weggeschrapt. Nu zijn dat dus punten geworden maar deze worden niet gestort op je account dus heb je er niks aan. Vriendelijke schoonmakers en totaal niet opdringerig. Hadden helaas stroomstoring in onze kamer en dit duurde helaas wel lang tot dit werd opgelost. Verder heel erg naar ons zin geweest maar weten niet of we nog eens bij dit hotel terug komen.
