Great experience in Sopot

As an ALL Accor member, I appreciate when my loyalty is recognized and rewarded. The room was like new: beautiful, bright and spacious with a great view. The location is great close to the SKM station, the main street, shops, supermarkets and restaurants. The pier and the beach are a 10 minutes’ walk away. The breakfast was tasty, and I love it when you have a nice buffet which is complimented by an a la carte menu with extra choices. Everybody was friendly. A very good price/quality ratio.

Great location

We had a 2 night stay here last weekend. We came bay train from Gdańsk airport which takes about half an hour which one change. The hotel is in a great location close to both the station and the Main Street. Check in was smooth we were in 207 a very nice room on the second floor. Everything very clean. Housekeeping do a great job. Nice bathroom with l’occitaine toiletries. There were also robes and slippers. The bed was a little firm but nice king size. There was usual tv, mini bar, a kettle for making drinks. We didn’t eat at the hotel so can’t comment on the food . I would be happy to stay here again.

No proper AC in room. Worst value for money. Don't fall for the trap

Over rate hotel and worst value. We paid £300 for the Deluxe Premium room which on the top floor about 25m2 without full ceiling (only 12m2 area of the room with proper ceiling, the rest it just weird column and corners) Check in was 15' waiting to speak to the only reception on duty. We booked room late so we have to wait 15' again for the housekeeper to set up our child bed. The bathroom was small and no shower curtain so water all over the floor. The room style was old and outdated and nothing luxury about this hotel to justify charging this rate (I would say if you want to make the style real old then please focus on real ceramic bath instead of plastic bath) Breakfast was good, thanks God. Reception during the day was good, especially Maresk who promptly informed us that we forgot a bag after we checked out. Parking is 20m away and cost £18- I would happy to pay for valet parking with this rate. The room was smell old and please don't visit this hotel in summer if you want a proper aircon room. I have been to fee MGallery hotels in my life and I would say this is the worst expensive hotel I ever stay. Don't make the same mistake as me. A standard brand hotel would make this hotel feel shame. My wife has a bed bug bite in the morning

Regarding the room layout: our Deluxe Rooms on the top floor do include charming architectural features due to the historic character of our building, which some guests appreciate for its uniqueness. However, we understand that preferences vary. Please know that had you expressed dissatisfaction with the room upon arrival, our front desk team would have done their best to offer an alternative, subject to availability. We always strive to accommodate our guests’ needs whenever possible. We regret the wait at check-in and during room setup. Late bookings sometimes do require a few extra moments of preparation, especially when adding amenities such as a child’s bed, but we certainly aim to make this process as smooth as possible. As for the bathroom design, room furnishings, and air conditioning – your feedback is valuable and will be shared with the relevant departments as we continuously review how to enhance the guest experience while preserving the style and heritage of our property. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed our breakfast and that our team – especially Marek – provided attentive service. Your kind words will be passed on to him. Great location of this hotel, where it is an easy walk to the restaurants. The room was very comfortable with a nice shower and comfortable beds. The staff was very nice. The buffet breakfast was an average one with all of the basics. The room has a refrigerator.

A unique hotel. My second stay, to the same good standard as the first time. In the heart of Sopot, close to everywhere, 5 mins from the train station. Spacious rooms, each different. Professional hotel staff, especially Mr Zbigniew. You can count on an individual approach to the guest, as in typical 5* hotels. Excellent dishes in the restaurant, especially those on volcanic stones. Breakfast very good, à la carte.
