Accor Platinum member, but was denied a late checkout due to "availability", despite pleading for just 1-2 hours more whilst we were moving house closeby. I came down to checkout at 12:00PM as requested, and cleaning staff told me there was no rush to checkout, "there were plenty of rooms up there"- and of course there were no cleaning staff on my floor upon checkout. All staff present seemed embarrassed, but didnt say anything further to me.

A comfy bogan experience

If you enjoy watching local teens trying to do burnouts in the carpark adjacent this is the place for you... otherwise the room was clean enough but the food was good. Staff were friendly and service was good.............................

As soon as we stepped through the door the service was A+ excellent staff Great room & views We enjoyed how close it was to the Marina strolled done to the bars for a drink enjoying the breeze Great Food Lovely restaurant We were first there for breakfast and what a eager warm welcome we got

Disappointing accommodation!

Sadly this Hotel/Apartment is very tired, run down and outdated. As Diamond Accor members we were very disappointed. The lounge area consisted of 2 seperate single lounge chairs with a very cheap table in between. The TV's are outdated. Smart TV's would definitely be recommended. The Bar & Restaurant however were exceptional and all the staff are to be commended. It is a great view over the Marina. As Diamond members we normally receive a welcome gift - most times it is a bottle of wine or fruit basket - we were mortified that our loyalty Welcome gift was a Mars Bar! The pool area was very nice but again the sunlounges - in particular the cushions were very worn and had little or no padding left in them. A total overhaul is needed.

The hotel is in the process of starting upgrades to the rooms and outdoor spaces. When completed I am sure you'll love the hotel. Great Stay

Booked last minute for a single night but got a great deal and my room was clean and well presented with a partial view of the marina. Had a few delays at check in as they couldn't find my booking but fortunately I had my Accor Plus app and booking confirmation. Decided to eat at Latitude 21 the hotel restaurant and had an excellent meal. Staff were superb, friendly and relaxed. It was very pleasant.
