Beautiful peaceful room with comfortable bed and great shower. setting stunning . Food was delicious. Pool was fantastic too. Everything a bit expensive but I wouldn’t want this to put anyone off Will definitely recommend to anyone and will be back

I have experienced a couple of issues during my stay in the hotel: while attempting to rest I was woken by hedge cutters and lawnmowers early in the morning. All day I had a group of gardeners loitering around my terrace, chatting and smoking when not using their noisy equipment. On another night I arrived back in my hotel room only to find that none of the lights could be switched off. Reception staff was unable to help and I had to try and sleep with all lights switched on. I am aware that things can sometimes go wrong, but I was very disappointed when the hotel sent me a questionnaire to comment on my recent stay. I mentioned the issues I experienced, but never received a response or apology. I am planning to return to Marbella next year but may choose a different hotel ...

We deeply regret that you were disturbed by the early morning noise from the hedge cutters and lawnmowers, as well as the presence of gardeners around your terrace. We will review our schedule for such maintenance to ensure it doesn’t affect our guests' peace and rest in the future. Regarding the issue with the lights in your room, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience it caused. Our team should have been more proactive in resolving this, and I’m sorry that reception was unable to assist you at that moment. We will be addressing this with our maintenance team to ensure it doesn’t happen again. Furthermore, I’m truly sorry that you did not receive a response to your feedback after completing our questionnaire. This is not the standard of service we aim to provide, and I will personally look into why this was overlooked. We understand your disappointment, and we would love the opportunity to make things right should you decide to return to Marbella. Excellent hotel for a golfing trip in the heart of Sotogrande. The hotel offers great facilities, including well appointed and modern rooms with very comfortable beds, an extensive spa offering a range of treatments, snd a number of dining options.

Just got back from a lovely luxurious long weekend here. Great location for golf enthusiasts, fantastic a la carte breakfast included in our room rate. Hotels design is stunning. Service 5 * & super comfortable beds! Definitely recommend

From arrival/check in to the moment I left the experience was first class. I was most impressed by the diligence of the staff in every interaction that I had with them. The rooms had one of the comfiest beds that I have slept in and they were spacious and well appointed, just as you would expect at this level of hotel. The food was incredible and I wish I had more opportunities to eat on site - from breakfast through the day to dinner service the options and quality was incredibly tasty. I hope to have the opportunity to visit again in the future! I would t highly recommend choosing this hotel for your stay in the Soto area.
