Experience is generally really good. I am a frequent stayer (every week). My biggest feedback is the issues in getting the movies to work - I have since been told to turn the TV on and off to reset (which works) however you might like to escalate to your third party provider. Its a very regular occurrence.

Everything was fine only issue was no mini bar and no vending machine to buy any snacks or drinks after kitchen closed as was travelling for work

Good location for us, we stayed 2 nights. Our room was small but as we were out most of the time it didn’t worry us. Breakfast was just the right size. Staff were lovely, nothing was a problem. Yes I’d stay there again but one word of warning, the hospital is right behind the Mercure and it has a Heli pad up the top of the hospital, it didn’t worry us (it was interesting to watch when they were landing or taking off)
