My room was very loud - some kind of electrical buzzing and lots of noise from what sounded like pipes. Got very poor sleep which did not fare well for driving back to Melbourne in the morning.

We were greeted by the most outstanding human, Vik. He welcomed my husband and I with such friendliness. We found the room tiny. My 6”5’ husband didn’t fit the custom length shortened bed. None of the in house movies worked, and all I wanted after a long day travelling was to watch a movie.

We booked and mentioned it was our anniversary. When we checked in the woman on reception wished us a happy anniversary and asked how we were celebrating. How friendly, we thought. Then to our surprise in our room was a personalised card and gift basket of goodies - wine, cookies, chef made chocolates and water. It was a total surprise, unexpected and thoughtful. The little touches truly make a difference. We also loved the on site EV chargers - a real plus for when booking accomodation. We will be back.
