Dear P., Thank you for your positive feedback regarding the aesthetics of our hotel. We appreciate your mention of the issues with the free-to-air channels, and we will certainly take this into consideration as we strive to enhance our guests' experiences. We did experience some horrific fires in Victoria which have contributed to the lack of free to air TV Channels available to guests.
