Enjoyed our stay. Lots of interesting art works around hotel, not your normal Mercure. Friendly staff, great breakfast ordering from menu, small twin room only downside but it had all you need. Will definately stay again, thanks to the great staff..

The staff were friendly and polite and when I gave feed back re the room size it was politely received. We were told that an upgrade was not possible for the hotel was fully booked.

Room was clean and a good temperature. All staff super friendly and accommodating. Food very tasting but limited breakfast options for the price.

Accommodation itself was clean and comfortable, however I checked in at 8pm and with the kitchen closing at 8.30 i promptly ordered a meal, when the meal arrived I had barely started eating when my table was cleared while i was still eating. The entire accommodation smelt of deep fried foods from the kitchen even on the 3rd floor the minute you opened your door and would suggest better ventilation is required or not have an open kitchen.
