Awesome place staff was too good. At reception juliet has so kind in welcoming the staff i really admire him in every manner. Ibis had got a great and kind man. Even other members are so kind darret and inside restairant people chef they tried to keep the customer satisfy in every manner.

Good for a budget hotel!

Hotel is just 200m away from Lavender MRT station and around 50m away from Fairprice (grocery) and 711. 100m away from Kitchener Complex where ToastBox, Burger King, Subway, etc are located. Only 4 floors. Make sure you get the Superior Room if you want to have a window in your room. Previously stayed at Value Hotel, and ibis Imperial is more spacious than Value Hotel. Noticed in the signages as well that this is previously Fragrance Hotel. Cleaning carts are found in the hallway. Staff is great and friendly. Cons: You can hear some noises from other rooms or hallway. Shower partition is just a shower curtain so expect water in the toilet area when showering. Bathroom also has a smell like wet towels. Only 1 trash bin for the whole room. Doesn't provide bottled water but you can buy in Fairprice or 711 or Cheers. No ramp in the building entrance so you have to lift your luggage. There are also some people smoking near the hotel entrance.

Un hotel pessimo,una settimana da incubo!!! Cominciamo dal bagno che non era dotato di piatto doccia, lo scarico funzionava male (quindi l'acqua inondava tutto il bagno), presenza di animaletti vicino al lavabo. Nella camera (che loro dicevano essere una Deluxe) , la sera vi erano scarafaggi rossi, lenzuola sporche e bucate e mura luride (all'altezza del condizionatore presenza di muffa). Il rumore del condizionatore era così forte che dovevamo spegnerlo per poter dormire.Le mura delle stanze sottili e ospiti maleducati che urlavano fino alle 3 di notte nel corridoio. Abbiamo chiesto più volte di togliere una ragnatela gigante, ma senza risultati. La camera, e dunque il bagno, non venivano puliti giornalmente (ma neanche dopo tre giorni). Al nostro rientro, trovavamo lo scarico del water vuoto e puzza di fogna.Un incubo!!!Non ci sono aspetti positivi, quando l'igiene è carente a questi livelli.

Le foto sono solo uno specchietto x allodole......la camera superior che ho prenotato era un buco senza finestre non oso pensare cosa sia la standard.....il bagno se si può cosi chiamare aveva la doccia quasi sopra il water......umido sporco con gli asciugamani usati dai precedenti malcapitati .....abbiamo soggiornato a novembre 2013....

.... Terribile........

Se volete un personale sgradevole, una camera sporca, una notte insonne ....siete nel posto giusto.....altrimenti si prega di non entrare mai in questo hotel.............. quello era il più orribile hotel che ho mai visitato ............
