Don't risk staying at this hotel. They charged us twice for our booking and went out of their way to be as awkward as possible about returning one of the payments. Reception refused to check the bookings at first they finally admitted they had made a mistake but still didn't want to rectify or give us any documents to say that the mistake had been corrected.. Finally reception who blatantly lied to us issued a credit note but only after management had been contacted. Management was just as unhelpful. The service at this hotel is the worst I have ever encountered they should be removed from the Ibis group. Avoid the Ibis budget Bugis Singapore

Great experience staying in this hotel. Very near and walking distance to shopping area and lical restaurants. The staff, especially Ms Irene was very accomodating in all are request and queries. Thank you and we will surely comeback to this place.

Very fast on Check-In process , No room deposit and staff very nice. Hotel is good for a budget traveller , who need just a room for a night stay not comforable for stay all day. Location is very very good. It is disappointing that we got a room with dirty sinks. We told the staff to clean but after we back from our trip its still the same. Howerver, a afternoon shift staff came to fixed it immediately. Our room don't have a Foot Towel. First night we walked around a room with wet foots. Next day we requested from reception on morning but nobody gave us. We must looking a housekeeping by ourself.

Excellent location, friendly staff. Problems are given by the rooms: small (we cannot open all the luggages in the rooms) with no window inside (which caused humidity, in particular after the shower; for this reason we have to keep open the door of the room as other guests). Furthermore the hotel doesn’t have restaurant or bar inside. Conclusion: if you look for a bed near the centre at good price, come to Ibis. If you look for good hotel where stay, You have to find other solution.

Stayed here for a night in January and had a pleasant stay. It was close to the Metro station and the area was perfect as there were lots of restaurants and shops. The staff were friendly and since it is a budget hotel, the rooms were small, no window but it was okay for us as the rate was reasonable.
