Mercure Singapore Bugis 4 estrelas

Excellent staff - possibly the most helpful we've encountered for a long time. Quick service with a smile. It was my birthday during our stay. We were upgraded and cake appeared in our room - such a nice touch. The room was a loft, which was nice and gave a little extra space to the usual Singapore squeeze. Only comment is that the glass panel next to the bed blocks the air con, making the sleeping area stuffy. Room servicing was exceptional. The pool was great. We could leave our bags after checkout to pick up later. Really good location. We will stay here again.

Stayed at mercure bugis just for one night . The ambiance was amazing , Thiran front desk staff was doing an extraordinary hospitality to us . He was very helpful and friendly. I believed he does the same thing to others guest .

Stayed at the Mercure for 1 night with my partner. Really great for a short stay. We had a loft room which was cosy and comfortable for our 1 night stay however if we were staying for longer would have opted for a larger room category or different property. Great location - close to many restaurants and near a shopping centre. Buffet Breakfast had an extensive array of different cuisines and the food was yummy. Friendly staff and clean property. Would recommend for a stopover stay.

The located this hotel very strategic from bugis market area and shopping centre. The hotel not far from MRT station. Check in process very faster and greet by ms michelle loi who friendly staff here. The lobby not too big, and the signature room too small but comfortable to stay at this room. The pool area at 7th floor with infinity pool and beautiful city view. But i am not to try for breakfast due to I must be early check out before restaurant opened

Been quite a number of years since i stayed here. Now that they are opened after COVID, i took the chance to stay a few nights to relax and finish reports for work. Got the loft bed. It was really warm when you enter because air-con was switched off and floor to ceiling curtains opened. The sunlight heats up the room. Air-con took a while to switch on, but its all good when its running. Hot shower was great. The room amenities were basic. There is a water dispenser by the sink, at room temperature. The fridge was not cold enough. Kind of weird drinking soft drinks that are not cold. The welcome treats.. chocolates as Accor member was really good. Two pieces were given, milk and dark. Really good quality bon-bons. The bed was okay. Mattress was kind of going to the softer side as compared to the sturdy ones. But it was comfortable. It was weird when i checked out. I had to be there in person for the incidental charges on my card to be cancelled. I would usually use the Express Checkout and leave. This made the Express Checkout box redundant. Other hotels had no issue to this. Wifi was great. Staff were friendly. I commend the reception for checking on me as my room was in Privacy mode. Housekeeping could not refresh the room for 2 days. Reception called my room and then came up too! I didn't tell them that u was out at noon but returned, and housekeeping was still refreshing the other rooms. But its ok. Getting food was easy. Many restaurants in the area. Would definitely return.
