We chose this hotel for it's proximity to the railway station. A good hotel as you would expect of the novotel standard. The room was quiet and bed comfortable. The only complaint was there is no bottle water in the room. The breakfast was average But the Miss Mi restaurant was outstanding. It is expensive but worth it. Probably the best hotel restaurant we have come across. Amazing Asian fusion food and delightful staff. Worth every cent

just now on Google Tried to get the family deal, 50% off a second room. It doesn’t exist. It’s lies! It was cheaper to get 2 rooms the same at full price than to get this deal. It is just tricking families into thinking they are getting a good deal then ripping them off. If you book two rooms separately you will see there isn’t a discount and they are just falsely advertising

I was impressed by the modern decor and layout and found the pool and gym facilities here are great. I had to report to the staff that the secure lockers in the change rooms weren’t working but this was fixed in a reasonable amount of time. The staff were friendly and courteous at all times.

Very underwhelming - I stayed at the Novotel as part of a holiday package to watch the rugby and UFC which was on this past weekend. Customer service at the front desk not helpful whatsoever, no parking facilities so instead they expect you to pay $50 a day for "valet" - we had to park across the road at the Wilson's parking. Our room was dirty, soap scum on the shower from the last guest and rubbish left in the bathroom bin. The tiny bottle of long life milk in the fridge for coffee was half drunk and not replaced, our room service trays were left outside our room for a day and a half before someone collected them. Yuck. The only good part about this hotel is it's location it's within walking distance to most things around perth, RAC arena, restaurants, Elizabeth quay. Will not be staying here again

Stayed 7 nights at their Deluxe room. Good sized room and well maintained. Clean and modern bathroom with good ammenities. Hotel itself feels clean and fresh throughout with nice atmosphere. Perfect location in the cbd. No issues for parking as there's self serve car park very close to the hotel. Thanks to the concierge for letting me know this option, and its also cheaper purchasing from the hotel. Breakfast was nice with plenty of options and quality food and coffee. Pool area looks good although we did not use. Highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here when in Perth
