장점: 위치가 리옹페라쉐 역에서 가까움 단점: 1. 방 내부, 샤워실이 너무 좁음. 구부릴수 없음 2. 샤워기 물이 너무 약함 3. 천정이 검정색으로 마감되어 있는데 마감재가 불안했음

We are sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. You raised several points regarding the hotel\'s design and room features, which are deliberate choices made by our team and the architects. As our building is historic and full of character, we have done our best to preserve its heritage. While we cannot modify the room sizes, we have prioritized maximizing the living space over the bathroom size. The black ceiling is an aesthetic choice intended to create an \"industrial\" style, harmonizing with the orange-colored lamp and contributing to a cozy atmosphere. The lower water pressure is in line with our values and commitment to minimizing the environmental impact of our industry. However, we would like to understand what you meant by \"Avoid single-use items,\" as we actively work to eliminate them—you will not find any in our rooms. We do offer different, more spacious room categories, but unfortunately, we were unable to provide you with a complimentary upgrade, as the hotel was fully booked during your stay.
