This hotel is marketed as a budget hotel and you may not chose it as it is out of town BUT this hotel is clean and looks just like the pictures, yes there is a bit of bare MDF in the rooms but everything was great. Aircon worked breakfast was plentiful bed very comfortable. We had room 278 and was very quiet as over looked the car park. Parking was on site and they have lifts to all the floors. They have fantastic areas for lounging all with USB ports for devices. Just two minutes up the road up a side street is a funky pop up burger bar that does an array of foods including the best steak I have ever had. The hotel has a save the planet ethos which can be seen with paper cups in the bathroom and decor. It was a real gem staying here and a bus stop only two minutes away takes you into town for 1.7euroes each way. I would never stay in the centre too busy and this hotel gives you the tranquillity you want on a holiday. There is a also a posh pastry shop nearby too

Excellent, new, stylish, modern rooms. The hotel shares the lobby and the breakfast area with the Ibis Styles in the other wing. Two sad minuses : the pillows are lousy - only one per person and way too thin. Other more serious minus : no hot water in the shower. Unless the latter is corrected by management I would not recommend this hotel despite the other positives.

Dear Sir,we thank you for your review.pillows are now two years old,maybe it is time to change them,we will see it during this year.But for the water no guests said anything in the hotel and declare this kind of problem on the same date while if one room have this problem all the building must have the same so we don't know what happened and we are sorry for that.Best regards

After a long day of driving we were happy to arrive at the hotel. The hotel has an underground parking. It is not free of charge but convenient, we paid €6,50 for app. 12 hours. The staff at the reception speaks English and Spanish . They’re very friendly and polite. The room is small but modern and clean. Airconditioning is available. Beds and pillows are comfortable. Nice bathroom with a very nice mirror :) There is a supermarket within walking distance from the hotel. The distance to the centre of Rouen is app. 2,5 km. If your looking for a good budget hotel in Rouen I can definitely recommend this place!

Great stop in a town we have been meaning to visit for a while now, but usually are in too much of a rush and stay in out of town hotels for ease of parking etc with a car filled with luggage. This is a brilliant compromise - secure parking (which is chargeable but quite reasonable at €8 for 24hrs) or you can park on the street very close by for free. It is co-branded with Ibis Styles, which means the public areas are higher standard than the normal Budget stops, with seperate lifts for the Styles part (presumably with bigger rooms) and the Budget side. As it is only opened a few years it was in very good condition and scrupuplously clean and we were perfectly happy with the budget rooms. As other have said, there is no food offer in the evening but you are welcome to bring or order food in and there are some pretty decent restaurants within walking distance, or the town centre is a 10 minute bus ride away with buses running until late. We chose to bring in steak-frites from a fantastic little takeaway 2 minutes walk from the hotel - quality to shame restaurants charging 2-3 times the price (there is also a Carrefour City nearby if you want salad with it). The bar at the hotel is well stocked and we really enjoyed our stay. I understand the comment about breakfast - coffee, juice and croissants are all good but the cold meats, cheeses etc were not inviting and we didn't bother - but plenty of choice nearby or in town.

We arrived at 5 am as our eurotunnel from the UK was delayed. As we are gold members of Hotels.com, through whom we booked through, we are entitled to a late checkout which we really would have appreciated. We asked the guy at check in, he said they did not give Hotels.com customers late checkout but we members of the ACCOR hotel group it would be different. Considering we arrived at 5 am and were leaving on a Sunday, surely he could have accommodated us, he was willing to do this only if we paid, which if you are running a hotel you should be accommodating especially when you know your guests have arrived late and the hotel is not full, we were only asking for an extra two hours. The staff are not very customer orientated, we stood at the front desk, the guy was on his computer, he knew we were there but took his time and even after that he was not really a happy chap Breakfast is okay, but mainly cakes and sweet stuff. Parking is 7 euros for the night.

Hello, We apologize forthe situation you meet;but for ALL.com or Hotels.com guests the rules are the same:every late check out (2 or 4 hours more) are submited to an extra price.If the receptionnist at night was not with a good behaviour ,he just did his job and you could try another time with the morning team which can understand the situation much more.
