너무 아름다운 뷰와 프라이빗하고 조용한 공간, 직원분들의 세심한 챙김과 친절함 덕분에 편안히 쉬다 왔습니다. 룸을 비울때마다 청결하고 깔끔하게 정돈된 객실에 외출 후 돌아올때마다 기분이 좋았어요. 우리의 전담 버틀러 Sila & Yudi 덕분에 래플스에 머무는 동안 예약이나 이동 소소한 요청들까지 신경쓸 필요가 없어 편안한 여행이 되었습니다. 특히 직접 꾸며주신 허니문 장식과 케이크 꽃다발에 감동 받았습니다. 덕분에 행복한 허니문 됐어요! 래플스는 스파도 조식도 루마리 디너도 모두 만족스러웠습니다. 마지막날 귀국하는 비행편이 밤 늦은 시간 이었는데 늦게까지 레이트 체크아웃 해줘서 끝까지 푹 쉬다 갈 수 있었어요. 너무 감사했습니다. 특히 마지막 공항에서도 체크인부터 수하물 위탁, 라운지까지 전부 에스코트 해준 서비스는 너무 감동적이었습니다.

整體住宿體驗很好,有管家服務！ 早餐有特別的單點選擇，餐廳裡還有米其林推薦餐廳，燒烤餐廳的牛排也很好吃，我們連續吃了三晚都覺得很滿意。 服務人員態度親切、風景漂亮，房間也很寬敞舒適。 唯一小缺點是隔壁有在興建大樓，景觀稍微受到影響。 但整體來說仍然非常推薦，之後有機會還會再來入住！

Sin duda es uno de los mejores hoteles de Bali, pero la primera impresión fue decepcionante, al llegar a nuestra habitación nuestras vistas era un bloque de edificios con una grua donde constantemente había gente trabajando y se veian desde nuestro lavabo. Desde el primer momento dijimos que esto no era lo que nosotros habíamos contratado. Habíamos contratado una villa con vistas al jardin, no a una grua. La dirección del hotel nos enseño dos villas alternativas, a cual peor. Finalmente nos pusimos serios y entonces nos dieron una nueva villa donde las obras no se veian. Pero estuvimos dos dias sin saber cual era nuestra villa, sin deshacer maletas, como si estuvieramos de prestado y la sensación es bastante decepcionante y más cuando vas a un hotel tan caro. Uno de los responsables nos comentó que de 32 villas, solo podían vender 22, pero la que nos dieron en un principio era una de esas 10 que no se podían vender. Entendemos que era pick season pero no es normal que se venda un hotel tan caro con vistas a las obras, de haberlo sabido hubieramos ido sin duda a otro hotel. Respecto al personal, una atención excelente, todos muy atentos y profesionales. Raffles Bali es un paraiso gastronómico, verdaderamente merece la pena ir a sus restaurantes.
