Dear Patricia, We appreciate your feedback. We are delighted that you found our hotel clean and our staff helpful during your stay. It is great to hear that you enjoyed the meals at our restaurant, where we take pride in serving a variety of tasty options for both breakfast and dinner. However, we regret to hear about the issue you had with the towel change policy. Though this is part of our ongoing initiatives as a eco-conscious hotel, we take note of comment. Additionally, our renovated rooms, including our Privilege, Superior, and Family rooms, are equipped with minibars for added convenience. Regarding the view from the backside, some rooms do face the inner courtyard and we always aim to acknowledge our guests' preferences. We also understand that adequate lighting is essential, and we will take your feedback into consideration. As for the twin beds, we apologize for any inconvenience. Our facilities are designed with our guests' safety and comfort in mind and we appreciate you bringing this matter to our attention. We hope to welcome you back.
