For the relatively cheap price this was an excellent one night stay in a superior double room. Bed was comfy, plenty of pillows, good seating, easy car parking (should be free), friendly and efficient service. We had a meal in the restaurant - the drinks and food came super quick and dinner was very tasty (fish n chips). The waiter / chef was awesome - friendly, efficient, professional, quick, multi tasker and well presented. Only one issue with our stay - we had to run the shower for about 5 or more minutes before it got to the right temperature - pressure wasn’t that great.

Perfect room, clean and spacious. All staff couldn't do enough for you. Very pleasant. Excellent food and the bar wasn't expensive. Joost that ran the bar was one of the nicest people you could ever wish to meet. Very attentative and a perfect host. You should be proud to have him in your team. General Manager material without a doubt.

We stayed at this lovely hotel for 3 nights ,We we’re there for an Andre Rieu concert .Hotel was very convenient it was a lovely walk into Maastricht town.We found the hotel to be very clean with extremely helpful staff.Like to mention Tessa and Haanaka.Had a lovely breakfast every morning. Would definitely return.Thanks everyone.

The Maastricht Novotel is in a quiet location, a pleasant and easy walk from the city centre and railway station, and ideal for the Vrijthof square. Our room was spotless, spacious and well-equipped.The restaurant has a good menu and guests can eat in or outside in the attractive and well-maintained garden. Above all, it is the staff that make this hotel something special; everyone we met was friendly and helpful to the n th degree. Hats off to them all, especially the night staff.
