However, I am deeply sorry to learn that your positive experience was overshadowed by the lack of timely communication after your departure. Regarding the item you left behind, I would like to confirm that we have indeed received your email about the missing toiletry bag. Our Security team has responded to your initial inquiry, and our Concierge team has also been in contact to coordinate the return of your belongings.
