From explaining our breakfast arrangements, pool and spa facilities, and butler services, to ensuring you felt fully informed about the experiences available to you, we clearly missed opportunities to make your stay more seamless and enjoyable. I also sincerely apologise for the delays in delivering your luggage and your daughter's extra bed. After a day of travel, waiting for these essential requests, particularly when your daughter was tired and ready to rest, must have been frustrating. Additionally, I regret the inconvenience caused by the issue with the refrigerator and the misunderstanding regarding our packing and unpacking service. You are absolutely right to expect a higher level of communication and attention to detail, especially at a hotel such as Raffles Doha.
