Todo a staff do hotel é muito atenciosa, desde a recepção, concierge, bares , mordomos e housekeeping, definitivamente voltaremos nesse hotel por esse motivo principalmente

Estadia sensacional, com funcionários super educados, gentis e sempre prontos para fazer o melhor. O café da manhã é uma experiência única e excepcional! Destaco o super atendimento do Rachi , no restaurante Alba, ele é simplesmente maravilhoso! E Marilu e Márcio, na recepção, são fantásticos também. Nossa experiência no hotel foi fantástica! O hotel é maravilhoso, desde o lobby, piscina e suíte - tudo impecável e luxuoso. O atendimento muito simpático, fomos recebidos pessoalmente desde o checkin até a despedida, sempre tratados pelo nome e com o cuidado de um profissional que falava nossa língua.
