Resepsiyon giriş çıkış iyi adil (adir bey) harika biri odalar süper lokasyon harika kahvaltı güzel sadece sizden ricam açık havuz bölümünde çalışan 2 bayan personel bir erkek personel çanta içinde su istedim ve bana kırık çanta dedi normal elde getirdi 5 dk sonra bir başkasına çanta içinde getirdi bunu söylediğimde cevap veremediler ikinci gün tekrar su istedim ilaç içicem su 30 dk sonra kalktığımda geldi sizden ricam iki bayan genelinde az konuşup çok is yapmaları gerektiği bu durumu ufak belki olabilir ama otelde konaklamaya devam edicektim ama vazgeçip four seasons a gittim bu harika otel olan raffles bu konulara daha dikkat etmeli iletişim önemli bu konuda çok üzüldüm çanta kırık ama birine hemen getiriliyor irkcilik gibi ?
