담당자님, 제가 숙박한 방의 욕실 bath tub에서 물이 내려가지 않아 샤워를 하지 못했습니다. 비용을 지불한 숙소에서 샤워도 못하고 불편하게 하룻밤을 보낸 부분에 매우 유감입니다. 필요하시면 당시에 찍은 사진도 보내드릴 수 있습니다. 특별한 조치가 전달되지 않으면 따로 accor에 공식 이메일을 보내도록 하겠습니다.
