Super hôtel mais peut mieux faire

Hôtel très bien situé en centre-ville, visite de très nombreux lieux à pied. Les chambres sont spacieuses et propres. Le seul bémol est la communication avec le personnel. Très peu parle français et difficile de se faire comprendre quand on ne maitrise pas l’anglais. La seule personne parlant parfaitement le français est Aïcha, la femme de ménage. Sa place devrait être à l’accueil et en plus c’est une personne très souriante.

Quirky unique boutique hotel.

We visited the hotel for a short break in March. From the minute we were greeted by the reception staff we were treated like V.I.Ps. The staff are friendly and efficient. The hotel is a converted pawn brokers, steeped in history. Each room is decorated around a theme from Dante's Divine comedy. The hotel is spotlessly clean and very well appointed. The rooms are exceptionally well sound proofed , so that guests experience minimal outside noise. The beds are extremely comfortable and the free mini bar is a lovely treat. Great variety at breakfast. Excellent central location so that you can walk to any of the tourist highlights within the city. I would have no hesitation in recommending the hotel and will definitely return in the future. Marie at breakfast stood out for me as being exceptionally helpful.
