Great trendy hotel, lovely designed, impressive service and perfect location. This hotel is a great selection for your stay in Florence. All mayor attractions are within 15 minutes, and you can move easily to every town around, as it is located 7 minutes walking from the main train station. The restaurant itself very good, and the bar and all installations are perfectly kept.

We chose a Hell room for something out of the ordinary and were not disappointed. Fun and quirky. The room was large, quiet and very well designed, so super comfortable. Beds were great. The location was excellent, within walking distance to everything. There was an excellent restaurant onsite as well as a cute cafe. Staff were friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place.

This hotel is very unique in its decor. Each room is different and are called Heaven room hell room, etc. The staff is friendly and the food is great. It is situated in a quaint small road in the heart of the city. We reached a bit early but Sharon at the front gate was very helpful and got our room fast.

My wife and I have stayed at this hotel 4 or 5 times now and simply love it. The location is amazing, the staff superb and lobby bar and restaurant are top notch. One of my favorite places in the world for a Negroni. This time we were there with our small dog and they couldn’t have been nicer. I’m sure we’ll be staying here again.

We visited the hotel for a short break in March. From the minute we were greeted by the reception staff we were treated like V.I.Ps. The staff are friendly and efficient. The hotel is a converted pawn brokers, steeped in history. Each room is decorated around a theme from Dante's Divine comedy. The hotel is spotlessly clean and very well appointed. The rooms are exceptionally well sound proofed , so that guests experience minimal outside noise. The beds are extremely comfortable and the free mini bar is a lovely treat. Great variety at breakfast. Excellent central location so that you can walk to any of the tourist highlights within the city. I would have no hesitation in recommending the hotel and will definitely return in the future. Marie at breakfast stood out for me as being exceptionally helpful.
