位置不错,房间住的很舒服,不在ZTL区,可以开车到门口,到各个景点都很近,不过没有停车场,需要自己找停车场

没打高分的原因是:在入住的第一晚发现浴室的洗发水空瓶,并且没有备用的,酒店工作人员并没有换新,尤其我在洗澡洗到一半发现没有洗发水,真的让人人不愉快。电话让前台员工送进房间后也没有得到抱歉的意思,这是酒店员工的失职。我支付了4500多人民币入住贵集团旗下佛罗伦萨美居酒店,期待一次完美的体验,但遭遇了不可接受的服务失误。

1、房间早上5点前和5点后垃圾车收集垃圾两次,非常吵 2、浴室洗澡盆墙上放置的是洗手液,而不是沐浴露(这个不是重点,因为我们旅行都会自己带有沐浴露洗发水) 3、关于噪声问题于第二天早餐前反馈给前台,前台表示我们可以在晚上回酒店的时候去换房,但晚上前台要求付费后才会安排安静的房间 4、新换的房间,被套上有明显未洗净的血迹,反馈前台,服务生来房间确认血迹后,拿来被套更换,其间没有说一句道歉的话
