I had an extremely disappointing experience at 25h Hotel's restaurant recently. From start to finish, the service and food were a disaster. Our waiter was incredibly rude and dismissive, offering no assistance or recommendations when we asked for guidance with our orders. We struggled to find anything we wanted on the menu, but when the food finally arrived, it was far below expectations. I could only stomach a tiny bite of my sandwich before realizing how terrible it was. Despite the fact that some of the plates were practically untouched, no one checked on us to ask if something was wrong. When we asked for the bill, things went from bad to worse. The card machine was declining, and rather than help sort it out, the waiter arrogantly insinuated that we couldn't afford the meal, saying, 'Don't worry, you will pay for the food,' as if it was some kind of threat. In the end, it turned out their card machine wasn’t working properly, and they insisted I go to an ATM and pay in cash. I refused to incur ATM fees because of their technical issue. The situation escalated with the manager and multiple staff members hovering around, yet none offered an apology or any gesture to address the bad service and untouched food. I rarely leave reviews, but I felt this needed to be shared. The staff’s rudeness, poor handling of technical issues, and lack of accountability left us feeling incredibly unwelcome. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a pleasant dining experience.

Loved the hotel, the quirkiness, the breakfast, and the staff: everything was fabulous and I would 100% recommend. It has made us want to go to other 25 hour hotels! We had a heaven room which had a beautiful massive sink and a small balcony. Decor is quirky but I liked it.

All the 25 hours hotels have a different theme and this was a very different experience. The hotel lobby has a courtyard restaurant and I could not recognise the place when I returned to the hotel in the night. With music and people enjoying there food. Outstanding. Very comfortable bed and spacious room. Cooperative staff at the reception and ready and guide you for anything. This hotel is in Piazza S Paolino and there they have cafe food served out in the open also. Very memorable experience.

This was the most impractical hotel we've ever stayed in! No chair in the room, just an uncomfortable bench. The lighting system was difficult to decipher, there was no closet; just hangers on a decorative lighting fixture. Wonder who furnished/decorated the place? The lobby/eating area had dozens of kinds of chairs, and not a one was comfortable. Large plant leaves, some real, some made of fabric, needed to be dodged to get to a table. Waiters could be rude, and they did not seem to care that the coffee was barely lukewarm. Good location is the best thing I can say about this place.

The best hotel, profesional and kind staff . Loved the Cecchini restaurant dont miss it.the meat was wonderful .near the city center you can go by walk everywhere i felt like home . Thank you 25hours san paolino and all the staff for the best experience.
