Typical ibis setting. As usual, personnel is awesome. Room is specially big. Legs bathroom: Why not put a bath? Bed is very good. Good working Surface. At breakfast, quality is there although not a lot of options.

To mój z 30 pobyt w tym hotelu, od 10 lat gdy jestem w tym regionie to zawsze spie w tym ibisie. Wszystko w bardzo dobrym pożądku jednak kiedyś śniadania były bardziej urozmaicone i troche za dużo trzeba płacić za parking zamknięty - kiedyś było dużo taniej.

Friendly Staff particularly the lady at check in (I forgot her name) who help us in french!!! Simple and clean room! There were plenty of items to choose from at breakfast! Only 10 minutes from Florence and this at a fair price!!

In the room was cold because the heating system closed. Night was outside, in May, around 13 degrees C and in the room around 18 degrees C. When I ask to the front desk to make warm in the room they told me the system is closed in May and is not possible to do nothing.

Pierwsze wrażenie niezbyt miłe . Pani w recepcji była zimna, niesympatyczna i zdystansowana.To zadko się zdarza w hotelach accor :) Wykładzina w pokoju była bardzo śmierdząca ...telewizorek malutki i dość przestarzały ..:)Ibis na poziomie niższym niż ibis budget ale ogólnie do przyjęcia :):)Pozdrawiam

Bywam w tym hotelu od lat. Jestem częstym gościem, jednak hotel w ostatnim czasie podniósł ceny oraz dolicza większe opłaty za swój parking. Już od jakiegoś czasu myślę o zmianie hotelu i rozważę to w przyszłości. Czasami zdarza mi się trafić na pokój z ruszającymi się niebezpiecznie elementami jak umywalka czy brodzik, czasami brakuje kafelek na podłodze czy na ścianie, napewno daje to dużo do myślenia. pozdrawiam

Though the hotel is situated far from the city of Florence, it has many advantages. The place itself is nice, surrounded with mountains with clouds on their tops; there is a huge shopping mall in front of it. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are small but well-equipped and very clean. The breakfasts are very good!

We remained at Ibis Firenze Prato Est only for one night. I used my points to pay part of the fare, so we ended up paying only EUR 7,00, with one free welcome drink. In my opinion the overall experience was definitely more than we expected for a 3-star hotel.

Pomimo rezerwacji 2 dni wcześniej dostałem chyba najgorszy pokój w hotelu. Brudny zimny na parterze od strony parkingu. Z którego o 7 rano startują busy w odległości 1metra od okna. Na prośbę o zmianie pokoju gdyż znam ten hotel i inne pokoje znajdujące się np. Na 3 lub 4 piętrze usłyszałem że konfiguracja łóżek wybranych przeze mnie występuje tylko na parterze. Żenada! I ściema! Nie polecam pokoi na parterze zaczynających się od nr 501.... koszt parkingu hotelowego jak w hotelu 5 * część obsługi strasznie niemiła. Ogólne wrażenia z pobytu nieciekawe !!!

Zacznę od pozytywów.Pokój duży jak na Ibis,czysty,wygodny.Parking niestrzeżony bezpłatny,strzeżony płatny. 6 euro.Dostałam pokój na parterze i po odsłonięciu zasłon zobaczyłam,że samochody parkują tuż pod oknem,więc zasłony cały czas muszą być zasłonięte.Jako posiadaczka karty Gold poczułam się lekko dziwnie,generalnie wszystkim ceniącym prywatność odradzam pokoje na parterze.Do miasta z hotelu dosyć daleko,ale blisko jest duże centrum handlowe.Ogólnie hotel typowo tranzytowy.

We experienced the Ibis Firenze Prato Est, to be a modern, clean hotel. The staff were friendly and professional. it was easy to reach the hotel from the highway, and there was enough parking. Breakfast was nice and sufficient.
