Софитель Таксим - лучший отель Стамбула!лучшая локация, ресторан с органическими продуктами (с сертификатами), лучший сервис. В номере всегда Достатчное количество питьевой воды, чай, кофе Нас очень радушно встретили, поездка была приоручена ко дню рождения мужа. Чувствовалась забота в каждом моменте, очень приятно, что вечером готовят номер к ночи ) Косметика в номере Lanvin, приятное качество и аромат Прачечной тоже пользовались, все идеально Пишу отзыв и думаю, ну может был минус? Ну к чему придраться? Но нет, все идеально 😍 Завтраки очень хорошие, уже отмечала органические продукты, яйца в том числе, есть как готовая еда, тк и спец заказ омлет, вафли, блинчики, яйцо Бенедикт Рядом парк, выходишь из отеля сразу на улицу Истикляль От всей души благодарю за такой теплый прием 🙏🏻 Так держать !!! Не снижайте планку! Если это важно, мы были с ребенком (7 лет), дочь получила подарки, это тоже очень приятно )

Wir haben vier Nächte in diesem Hotel verbracht. Ausgesucht haben wir es hauptsächlich aufgrund der Lage direkt am Taksim Platz gelegen. Von hier aus kommt man zu Fuß, mit der Seilbahn, oder der Tram überall schnell hin. Bis auf die zwei Pagen ist das Personal recht unfreundlich und kurz angebunden. Die Dame beim Check in hat ein katastrophales Englisch gesprochen, so dass wir nur jedes fünfte Wort verstanden haben. Wie man so jemanden an die Rezeption setzen kann, ist uns unverständlich. Auch aus diesem Grund hat sich der Check in ziemlich in die Länge gezogen. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und geräumig. Wir würden auf keinen Fall eines der höheren Stockwerke empfehlen, da sich im höchsten Stockwerk des Hotels eine Disco befindet. Diese arbeitet sieben Tage die Woche und macht bis spät in die Nacht Krach. An Schlaf ist hierbei nicht zu denken. Wir haben nach der ersten Nacht das Zimmer gewechselt, weil das Wummern der Bässe unerträglich war. Wir haben uns gegen das Frühstück entschieden, da wir es mit 40 € pro Person und Nacht viel zu teuer fanden. Außerdem gibt es in der nahen Umgebung hervorragende kleine Frühstücksrestaurants, wo man lecker für einen Bruchteil davon essen kann. Das Hotel verfügt über einen Spabereich mit Swimmingpool, welcher an sich recht schön gestaltet ist. Dieser ist jedoch nicht beheizt und war für uns dadurch nicht nutzbar. Beim Check-Out wollte man abrechnen, ohne uns vorher die Rechnung gezeigt zu haben. Wir mussten mehrfach drum bitten, dass uns die Rechnung gezeigt wird. Fazit: eine tolle Lage, aber aufgrund der aufgeführten Defizite würden wir nicht wiederkommen.

De bedden slapen heerlijk, de kamers zijn schoon en erg comfortabel. Mooi hotel. Echter het personeel steekt echt uit. Ze zijn uiterst behulpzaam,vriendelijk ,attent en gastvrij. Ik was ziek geworden tijdens mijn trip. Er werd ontbijt op de kamer bezorgd omdat ik niet naar beneden kon. Ik kreeg een beterschap kaartje bezorgd. De housecleaning and questservices waren top. Erkan en Tacettin waren fantastisch. De schoonmaakster ( naam vergeten) die onze kamer heeft schoongemaakt op 4 maart was ontzettend lief. Het is niet leuk om tijdens je trip in een hotel te moeten verblijven. Maar met zulk attente personeel was het te doen! Sofitel hotel pas goed op jullie personeel en bedankt voor alles!

L'hotel è in una buonissima posizione, La struttura è molto bella e le camere sono spaziose e molto ben arredate. La mia camera aveva la vista sul Bosforo. SPA con sauna, bagno turco, hammam e piscina molto bella. La colazione ottima e molto varia. Il personale molto professionale e gentile. Consigliatissimo.

Bellissimo albergo, posizione molto comoda per mezzi di trasporto ed attività negli immediati dintorni. Purtroppo la pulizia e manutenzione lasciano a desiderare per questa categoria di albergo. Personale gentilissimo, zona piscina/SPA molto bella e grande
