Il personale della reception poco disponibile parlano solo inglese commerciale, non francese come indicato nei servizi dell’hotel.

L'hotel è un ottimo 5 stelle in centro a Istanbul dotato di tutti i servizi possibili. La spa è eccellente, la vista sul bosforo bellissima, con lo status platinum abbiamo potuto cenare al club millesimè dove si sta benissimo...anche se purtoppo sugli schermi proiettavano partite di calcio e pallavolo. La posizione è centrale perfetta. Unico neo nei giorni in cui eravamo noi, uno dei tre ascensori era fuori servizio e l'attesa agli ascensori era spesso molto lunga.

Camere ampie e ben tenute, colazione abbondante e molto varia con cibo fresco o preparato al momento. Unico neo è l'assenza di una zona di sosta per l'auto: trovandosi in una zona molto centrale, l'entrata dell'hotel è direttamente su una strada stretta e molto frequentata dove non vi è la possibilità di fermarsi per scaricare le valige; il personale - sempre presente - è comunque rapido a supportare i clienti prendendosi cura di parcheggiare l'auto, limitando il disagio.
