Dear HAO Z., Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your experience at the ibis Yogyakarta International Airport Kulon Progo. We are pleased to know that you enjoyed the room, the pleasant surroundings, and our breakfast selection and value. At the same time, we sincerely apologize for finding a hair on the bed. We completely understand how this could raise concerns regarding the cleanliness and preparation of the room. Please be assured that changing and preparing the bed linen according to our hygiene standards is part of our room cleaning procedure. Nevertheless, the condition you encountered should not have happened. Your feedback has been shared with our Housekeeping team for further investigation and to reinforce the final room inspection process before a room is released to our guests.
