Dear Bapak Wang, Thank you for sharing your detailed feedback with us. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and frustration you experienced during breakfast. We are pleased to know that you enjoyed our convenient location, comfortable stay, friendly service, and cleanliness. However, we truly regret that your breakfast experience did not meet the same expectations. We fully understand your concern regarding the reserved tables, especially during a busy breakfast period. While we do provide dedicated seating for ALL Accor members as part of our recognition program, we acknowledge that we also need to be more sensible and flexible in managing these areas according to the actual guest flow. Leaving reserved tables unoccupied while other guests are looking for seats is certainly not the experience we wish to create. Your feedback is a valuable reminder for our team to better balance member recognition with the overall comfort and convenience of all our guests, particularly during peak breakfast hours. We will review this practice with our team to ensure that our seating arrangements are managed more thoughtfully.
