Sehr freundliche Unterstützung bei Sonderwünschen vor der Anreise. Frühstück gut- dennoch wenn es um Auskünfte ging die keine hotelleistung waren Support fast verweigert. Abreise katastrophal-Fahrer wusste nicht wohin , war im Weg unsicher und frühstücksboxen wurden vergessen obwohl Frühstück in der Rate inklusive war
