Conheci o hotel pela primeira vez e fiquei por 2 dias. A localização é ótima, tem um Carrefour logo na frente e há uma churrascaria ótima no quarteirão ao lado onde é possível almoçar boa comida e a um bom preço. O hotel me pareceu bem seguro e limpo e os funcionários simpáticos e solícitos. Fácil deslocamento com táxi/uber. Não comprei o café da manhã, que é a parte.

Nice hotel. Rooms are fine according to price. Location is good if you like to be nearby downtown locations suchs as the cathedral, markets, museums. The only challenging moment was to communicate to all associates, because not all of them soeak english. I felt really uncomfortable to share my requests. Had to use my translator al the time. I really appreciate all your work and patience.

hotel parece 5 estrelas. td impecável. destaque para o café da manhã completissimo. fica perto de vários pontos turísticos, sendo o Mercado Municipal e 25 de março podendo se ir à pé. o quarto é muito confortável, tem frigobar, e com o Carrefour bem na frente, vc pode comprar o que quiser para beber e beliscar. a pizzaria tb é excelente, assim como ifood muito rápido

The internet did not work for our entire stay

Overall, I thought this hotel was good value for money. It seemed fairly new, the rooms were well maintained and the staff were kind. There was a small gym. The breakfast could have had more options but was fine. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi did not work at all during our entire 2-night stay. It was down in the hotel. I believe it was fixed after we checked out. The staff were apologetic but could not do anything about this and did not offer any sort of compensation.

The only negative thing I have to say is kind of beware of your surroundings when you leave because there are alot of homeless people in that area. The upside from that is that it is centrally located in downtown where places are more convenient to get to. The staff was friendly, the fitness was well maintained, and the breakfast was delicious.
