Infelizmente tive experiência desagradável no Ibis styles, fiz uma reserva de 3 dias (17/07 a 19/07/2024) no valor de 1181,25, mas no dia 19/07 quando fui pedi pra arrumar o quarto fui supreendido pela moça da recepção q alegou q a reserva teria sido apenas de 2 dias, pedi pra falar com o Gerente e expliquei q o valor de 1181,25 seria referente a 3 diárias no valor de 393,00 cada diária e poderia ter havido um erro no sistema, ele apenas informou q não poderia fazer nada já no sistema constava apenas 2 diárias!!!

Usei o hotel por uma noite, em viagem a trabalho, pela localização e praticidade. Fiz reserva direto no site da Accor Hotels. O estacionamento é relativamente caro, mas funcionou muito bem, apesar de ser terceirizado. O check in foi bom. Check out muito rápido. Acomodação e limpeza foram excelentes. Café da manhã estava bem cheio e optei por tomar café fora do hotel.

Overall, I thought this hotel was good value for money. It seemed fairly new, the rooms were well maintained and the staff were kind. There was a small gym. The breakfast could have had more options but was fine. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi did not work at all during our entire 2-night stay. It was down in the hotel. I believe it was fixed after we checked out. The staff were apologetic but could not do anything about this and did not offer any sort of compensation.

The only negative thing I have to say is kind of beware of your surroundings when you leave because there are alot of homeless people in that area. The upside from that is that it is centrally located in downtown where places are more convenient to get to. The staff was friendly, the fitness was well maintained, and the breakfast was delicious.
