Modern design, memorable rooftop views & warm service

Stayed for a week (30 Nov–6 Dec 2025) at TRIBE Phnom Penh and really enjoyed it. I received a complimentary upgrade and loved the river/city view—the rooftop bar has one of the best night views in town. The location is convenient, easy to get around and close to the riverfront vibe. My room was smaller than places I’ve stayed like NagaWorld or Duong Chan, but the interior design is smart and modern, using every inch well—good lighting, storage and a comfortable bed. The gym is a nice surprise: compact yet well-equipped with Technogym machines (a premium brand). One suggestion: please add yoga mats—that’s a basic item many travelers expect. Another small point: for a 4-star property it’s odd not to have disposable in-room slippers; I happened to bring a pair from a previous hotel, but it’d be great if TRIBE could provide them (even on request to reduce waste). Service shines here. Staff are genuinely friendly—housekeeping greeted me every time they saw me and kept the room spotless, and the front desk team were consistently kind and helpful. Overall, a stylish, well-located hotel with excellent views and warm hospitality. With a couple of small additions (mats and slippers), it would be close to perfect. I’d happily return.

Well equipped business hotel

This hotel is well set up for business travelers with a gym, shared working spaces and meeting and conference rooms. The rooms are well designed with quality amenities and to make maximum use of the space (ie bathroom sink in the hallway, bathroom door that doubles as a shower screen, wall mounted fridge). The bed was comfortable and the aircon worked well but we found the room a little cramped for two long-haul tourists with big bags for a few days. The front desk staff did not seem to know much about the roof top bar or spa. When I asked about a happy hour I was told there was none but when we went up there we discovered there were half-priced drinks from 5-7 every night. We asked the hotel to arrange transportation for 2 back to the airport which cost us $42 USD.! Overall it was a good hotel but I think it is more targeted at the business traveller than the tourist.
