Room and service are so excellent 🫶🏻 Got surprised with happy honeymoon greetings, shout out to Ms. Selly as a reservation officer ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Should try their Sky house for chill after busy day. Swimming pool pretty big and clean. Thank you Mercure

Not reflecting the Mercure hotel standard as I was hoping for

Unfortunately, this Mercure hotel needs improvement despite the convenient location next to a mall. When we checked in, it took the receptionist a while to get our rooms, and when I got to my room, it was a smoker room. So I came down to have the room replaced by a non-smoker room, the same receptionist (Hasbi) who had helped us with the check-in, was not pleased to help me find the non-smoker as he sighed a lot.

Easily one of the best hotel available on Kalimantan Indonesia. The service, cleanness and river view are superb. Don't forget to visit the rooftop Restaurant and bar while staying here. Located on the heart of Samarinda city make traveling more convinent.

Excellent service from Ms Ria, fast respone & full support My company conduct 2 days training event for leaders. We were given Crystal 5 room which is big for total capacity of 50 people The snack & food is outstanding, best in class Thank you Ria, looking forward for the next event
